A blood diamond (also called a conflict diamond or a war diamond) is a diamond mined in a war zone and sold, usually clandestinely, in order to finance an insurgent or invading army's war efforts. Now while this Wikipedia definition of a Blood Diamond is sufficient enough to pique anybody’s interest in a movie of the same name, no one could ever guess what the actual movie had in store for us.

Right from the first frame which shows an amazing sunrise scene of the wonderful (yet often misunderstood) African continent to the last frame which once again ends with some mindblowing visuals of the lovely African landscape.
